Exciting New Show at Ballater Gallery: “Small Paintings, Big Impact”

IMG_7401

Opening Night 6-8pm 29 November 2024

David and the team at Ballater Gallery have been hard at work curating a unique show featuring small, affordable works from around 40 artists—including myself! Each piece is “postcard-sized” (or thereabouts!) to keep prices accessible, and showcases some of Scotland’s most celebrated and beloved artists.

Moray Village (i)

I’ve contributed six new pieces, each capturing something special: four vibrant village scenes from the Moray coast, painted with ink and acrylics on wood panels, finished with a gloss varnish for added depth and shine. The other two are part of a recent series of stormy seascapes, featuring waves and lighthouses in rich oil textures.
